Youth Development Minister Receives NIM Charter, Stresses Ethical Governance for Youth Programs


...Reinforces Commitment to Youth Empowerment



The Honourable Minister for Youth Development, Hon. Ayodele Olawande, expressed his pleasure at receiving the top management of the Nigerian Institute of Management in his office, where he was presented with a Chartered Membership Certificate.



He described the engagement as both symbolic and practical, reinforcing a shared commitment to strengthening professional standards and advancing effective leadership in public service.




He noted that this milestone carries added significance, as it underscores the importance of institutional discipline, strategic management, and ethical governance in shaping policies and programmes that empower young Nigerians.



Strengthening his professional grounding in management, he emphasized, directly supports the broader mandate of delivering structured, impactful, and accountable youth development initiatives across the country.

2027 PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE SENT TO PRISON  Written by Lola Rakeem on June 22, 2026    2027 presidential candidate of the African Action Congress (AAC) Omoyele Sowore has been remanded at the Kuje Correctional Centre after a Federal High Court in Abuja ordered his detention. The order was given by Justice Mohammed Umar following the revocation of Sowore’s bail and the issuance of a bench warrant for his arrest. Sowore appeared in court on Monday carrying a travel bag and was accompanied by supporters who gathered at the court premises with placards.
