As I prepared to begin Law School, I knew that the journey ahead would be intense and demanding. Beyond the rigorous academic work, I also faced financial concerns. I needed a good laptop for reading and accessing essential legal materials, and I also needed help with living expenses for the duration of my stay at the Nigerian Law School.
In search of support, I reached out to Distinguished Senator Adeniyi Adegbonmire. I made a simple yet heartfelt request. I asked for one million naira, with the intention of using three hundred thousand naira to purchase a used laptop and the remaining seven hundred thousand to cover my cost of living and study materials during Law School.
What happened next surprised me. Senator Adegbonmire granted my request without even meeting me in person.
Rather than giving me a used laptop, he sent me a brand new one. And beyond that, he placed me on a monthly allowance of(six digits) naira throughout my stay at Law School. This kind of generosity and thoughtfulness left a deep impression on me.
The support I received has been incredibly important to my legal education. The laptop has become an essential tool for reading and preparation, while the monthly stipends have given me the stability to focus fully on my studies. In a place where many students worry daily about how to survive, the Senator’s timely intervention allowed me to breathe, to study, and to thrive.
Senator Adeniyi Adegbonmire has shown that true leadership is not in words but in action. He responded swiftly and selflessly. He listened and he gave.

He has proven himself to be a man of compassion, integrity, and commitment to youth development. These are the qualities that strengthen public trust and build a strong image in the minds of the people.
This is the kind of leadership that deserves to be celebrated. This is the kind of representation that builds confidence in government. And this is the kind of character that earns not only respect but the continued support of the people.
Thank you, Distinguished Senator, for your kindness and for investing in the future of young Nigerians like me.
May God continue to bless Senator Adeniyi Adegbonmire. May he be rewarded openly for the lives he is quietly lifting. And may his path remain bright in every season
