DEMOCRACY DAY 2025

HON DR. AKINWOLERE BABAJIDE THOMAS (APATA) JOINS NIGERIANS IN CELEBRATING THE RESILIENCE AND PROGRESS OF OUR DEMOCRACY! πŸ‡³πŸ‡¬✨

 #DemocracyDay#OneNigeria

On this special occasion of Democracy Day, I, Hon. Dr. Akinwolere Babajide Thomas (Apata), extend my heartfelt greetings to all Nigerians, especially the resilient and patriotic people of Ondo East and Ondo West Federal Constituency, and to all distinguished members of the Forum of Governing Council Members in Nigerian Tertiary Institutions (FOGOCOM).

June 12 stands as a powerful symbol of our collective will, the sacrifices of our heroes past, and our unwavering pursuit of a free, fair, and just society. It reminds us that democracy is not just about elections—it is about inclusion, accountability, equity, and the right of every citizen to thrive.

To my dear constituents and fellow members of FOGOCOM, your commitment to national transformation, educational advancement, and good governance inspires hope for a better tomorrow. Together, we must continue to defend democratic values and work for a Nigeria where opportunity, unity, and progress prevail.

As we reflect on how far we've come and the journey ahead, let us stay united in purpose and steadfast in action.

Happy Democracy Day, Nigeria!

May our nation continue to grow in strength, peace, and prosperity.

God bless Ondo East & West

God bless FOGOCOM

God bless Nigeria

Hon. Dr. Akinwolere Babajide Thomas (Apata)

Pioneer National Chairman, FOGOCOM
