WARM CONGRATULATIONS TO ONDO STATE'S COMMISSIONERS-DESIGNATE





On behalf of the National Council of The Progressive Democrats, ably led by Dr. Akinnawonu Alex, the Ondo State chapter of  PRODEM extends warm congratulations to the 12 distinguished individuals nominated by Governor Dr. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa for the position of Commissioner in the State Executive Council. 


We applaud the Governor's efforts to build a diverse and competent team, especially the nomination of youth, that will drive Ondo State's development agenda.


PRODEM is confident that the nominated commissioners-designate possess the requisite skills, experience, and passion to contribute meaningfully to the growth and development of Ondo State. We urge the Ondo State House of Assembly to expedite the confirmation process, enabling these capable individuals to assume their roles and responsibilities without delay.


As a sociopolitical organization, PRODEM looks forward to working with the new commissioners and the Governor to achieve Ondo State’s socioeconomic development goals and objectives, prioritizing the people first. 


We pledge our support and cooperation in promoting good governance, transparency, and accountability, where the people comes first, in the state.Congratulations once again to the commissioners-designate.

Police – Amotekun Face Off : Nine Officers Seriously Injured, Hospitalized In Ondo As G3,Ak 47 Guns Used Freely It was a tense situation and unimaginable altercation between operatives of the Ondo State Security Network, codenamed Amotekun Corps, and men of the Nigeria Police Force on Sunday afternoon following a disagreement over the custody of a suspect linked to a stolen motorcycle.
