ROTATIONAL POLICY IMPERATIVE IN ONDO KINGDOM: LANDMARK STANDS AS THE VOICE OF ONDO EAST IN A BID FOR ONDO EAST/WEST 2027 MHR TICKET
ROTATIONAL POLICY IMPERATIVE IN ONDO KINGDOM:
LANDMARK STANDS AS THE VOICE OF ONDO EAST IN A BID FOR ONDO EAST/WEST 2027 MHR TICKET
....Ondo East not a Supplement to the West, Demand Equity, Fairness and justified Inclusion in MHR 2027 - LPM
Ondo State, Nigeria - In a significant development, the Landmark Progressive Movement (LPM) Ondo East and West Federal Constituency has called on well-meaning sons and daughters of Ondo Kingdom to support equity, fairness, and justified inclusion as Rt. Hon. Chief Olamide Adesanmi Oladiji, fondly known as Landmark, bids for the Member of the House of Representatives (MHR) ticket in 2027. This call is anchored on the need for genuine rotational policy and support for the Ondo Kingdom Agenda, given Ondo East's decades-long deprivation of federal power.
Historically, Hon. Oladejo Akinnifesi was the only true son of Ondo East to serve as MHR from 1999 to 2003. Since then, Ondo West has marginalized the East and monopolized the position for 24 years, denying Ondo East its rightful representation at the Green Chamber. The LPM believes that Rt. Hon. Landmark is the best choice and most preferred candidate for the position, citing his commitment to transforming lives and restoring dignity to representation.
With a proven track record of quality representation in the 9th and 10th Ondo State House of Assembly, Landmark has demonstrated legislative excellence, unwavering loyalty, and dedication to progress and development. As Speaker of the 10th Ondo State House of Assembly, he played a pivotal role in restoring peace and stability in Ondo State governance, fostering synergy between the Executive and Legislative Arms of government under Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa's "Our Ease Agenda."
Landmark's community development service, infrastructure development, education support, healthcare initiatives, empowerment initiatives, women empowerment, youth inclusiveness in governance, transformative innovations, and integrity are testaments to his readiness to deliver real change in the federal constituency. His agenda is people-centered and impact-driven, focusing on youth empowerment, agricultural revival, quality education, robust healthcare, and welfare.
The recent support and endorsement from influential political leaders, stakeholders, APC chairmen, women leaders, youth leaders and Iyaloja generals in Ondo East and West have given his campaign a significant boost. The LPM is calling on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR, Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, APC National Chairman Alhaji Abdullahi Ganduje, APC Ondo State Chairman Hon Engr Ade Adetimehin, APC Ondo East Chairman Hon Olamigoke Busayo, APC Ondo West Chairman Hon Aro Bernard and other party leaders to consider the genuine rotational policy in Ondo East and West Federal Constituency.
This policy is essential to promote trust in the Renewed Hope Agenda and Our Ease Agenda, end the politics of silence and stagnation, and ensure peaceful coexistence between Ondo East and West. We demand justice and believe in balanced leadership, where every voice and community counts. Let the 2027 elections mark a new chapter of inclusion and shared responsibility.
The people of Ondo East and West deserve more than promises; they deserve action. With Landmark's emergence, change is not coming; it's here. Let's embrace genuine rotational policy and elect a leader who will work for the people. The LPM believes that Rt. Hon. Landmark's passion for quality welfare, inclusiveness in governance, transformative empowerment, and exemplary leadership style make him an ideal candidate for the position.
As the constituency looks towards 2027, it is imperative that the leadership of APC National, State, and Local Government levels sincerely consider the Ondo Kingdom Agenda for genuine rotational policy. Together, let's build a brighter future for Ondo East and West Federal Constituency.
