Yesterday June 14th 2025, in Abuja – A solemn yet uplifting service of songs was held at the Christian Reformed Church of Nigeria (CRCN), Local Church Council (LCC) Wumba, in honor of the late Mrs. Zeporah Adamu Paul Galumje, a cherished wife, mother, and community pillar.


The event drew a large gathering of family, friends, and dignitaries, including the Chief Justice of Nigeria and several Supreme Court Justices, reflecting the profound impact of Mama Zeporah’s life.


Rev. Dr. Mark Ato Yohanna delivered a poignant exhortation titled “Death is Not the End of Life According to Them That Live,” emphasizing the hope and eternal life promised to believers, which brought comfort to the mourners.


Speaking at the service, Baba Justice Paul Adamu Galumje, the grieving widower, expressed heartfelt gratitude to all attendees for their overwhelming support during this period of loss. He specifically acknowledged the presence of the Chief Justice and Supreme Court Justices, noting their attendance as a testament to his late wife’s legacy of love and service. 






Justice Galumje, visibly moved, described his wife as a devoted partner and a woman of unwavering faith, whose life touched countless others.


The service, filled with soul-stirring hymns and prayers, celebrated Mama Zeporah’s remarkable life while offering solace to the bereaved family. 


The service concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Distinguished Senator Emmanuel Bwacha on behalf of the Galumje family.


Senator Bwacha expressed deep appreciation to President Ahmed Bola Tinubu and Vice President Kashim Shettima, noting that the Vice President had visited the family the previous day to convey the President’s condolences. He also thanked the clergy, community leaders, and all who traveled near and far to honor Mama Zeporah’s memory.


The event, marked by unity and reverence, underscored the enduring legacy of a woman whose life exemplified grace, compassion, and devotion to God and family.
