It is with immense joy and pride that i celebrate the well-deserved appointment of my leader and one of my mentors, Professor Dr. Sam Amadi as the Chairman of the Abia State Advisory Council on Electricity.


This prestigious role, conferred by His Excellency, Governor Dr. Alex Otti, is a testament to Dr. Amadi’s exceptional expertise as a policy strategist, law and governance expert, and former Chairman of the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC).


Dr Amadi wealth of experience in steering transformative reforms in Nigeria’s electricity sector makes him the ideal leader to guide Abia State toward a robust and sustainable energy future.


This appointment reflects not only his outstanding professional pedigree but also the confidence that the government and people of Abia State have in his ability to drive innovation and progress in the state’s electricity landscape.
