Today, I’m pouring out my heart to celebrate one of the most amazing men I know in Taraba, my elder brother, Hon. Abubakar Barde. This man's love is so real, so pure, you can feel it from a mile away.


When he says “stop,” I don’t think twice—I stop, because his wisdom and care command that kind of respect. 


Barde got no time for fake love or pretense; what you see is what you get.


I’ve watched him correct me quietly, with kindness, behind closed doors, and then turn around and defend me fiercely in public. That’s not just maturity—that’s the kind of character that makes you trust someone with your whole heart.


I’ll never forget last Sallah when he called me up, voice full of warmth, saying, “JOHNFUSEH, where you dey? Are You in Abuja? Come to my house, let’s break this fast and celebrate together.” That’s the kind of man he is, always pulling people close, making you feel like family.


Big Bro, your love is unmatched, and I can’t count how many times you’ve hit me up, saying, “Send me your account details, let me send you something.” You’ve done it so many times, I’ve lost track, and each time, it’s a reminder of your heart that knows no limits.


You live by principles and values that inspire me every day—your ideals about life and leadership are a guiding light for young folks like me.


Today, as you mark another year, I’m praying with all my heart that heaven and earth bless you with every good thing you’ve ever asked for. 


Happy birthday, Sir, my dearest big brother. I love you so much, and I’m wishing you a new age filled with joy, strength, and all the blessings you deserve.
