Hon. Owoyemi Emmanuel Bukola,( Aka Omo-Olore) is gradually emerging as a trailblazer and political icon in Akure South Local Government.


With a wealth of experience spanning science, technology, leadership, and grassroots political mobilization, he is set to redefine political representation in Ondo State.


His ambition to represent Akure South Constituency 2 at the Ondo State House of Assembly come 2027 reflects his unwavering commitment to community development, governance, and youth empowerment.


Born on April 24, 1978, Owoyemi Emmanuel Bukola grew up imbibing the values of integrity, hard work, and excellence that continue to shape his vision for leadership.


An accomplished professional in science laboratory technology, Owoyemi has not only contributed immensely to advancing scientific innovation and education in Nigeria but has also demonstrated stellar leadership at various levels.


His leadership and organizing abilities surfaced much earlier, during his student union days, when he was the National President of the National Association of Science Technology Students and Secretary General of the West Africa Science Technology Student Union.


Owoyemi’s foray into politics is deeply rooted in his passion for creating a united and prosperous Nigeria.


His journey began with grassroots mobilization, serving as a Mobilization Officer for the Alliance for Democracy (AD) in 2003 and for the Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) in 2011 in Akure South Local Government. His expertise in mobilization and contact-building has earned him critical roles in political campaigns at both local and national levels.


He was a vital member of the Tinubu/Shettima Presidential Campaign Council in 2023, where he focused on contact and mobilization in South-West Nigeria. Additionally, he was a key member of the Ondo State Campaign Committee (APC Ayedatiwa 2024), playing a similar role to drive voter engagement and political outreach.


Hon. Owoyemi Emmanuel Bukola contested the APC primary elections for the Federal House of Representatives (Akure South/North Federal Constituency) in 2022, reflecting his strong resolve to represent and serve his community. Now aspiring to contest for Akure South Constituency 2 at the Ondo State House of Assembly come 2027, Omo-Olore brings a fresh and ambitious perspective to governance.


His vision is centered on empowering his constituency through sustainable development, job creation, infrastructural transformation, and targeted youth-oriented initiatives.


Beyond the realm of electoral politics, Owoyemi remains committed to youth advocacy, community development, and governance.


He believes in the transformative power of youth participation in leadership and societal progress. His commitment to integrity, innovation, and excellence continues to inspire hope in the people of Akure South
