Empowering the future; Akure South APC Youth Summit Gets Thumbs Up from Commissioner











Commissioner for youth and sports development in Ondo state, Comrade Segun Omoyofunmi has declared that the proposed Akure South APC youth summit slated for 28th August is a welcome development. 


He made the remarks when he joined forum of Akure south APC youth leaders at a meeting in preparation for the summit. 




The meeting which was held at the Akure high school residence of  Prince Dapo Adepoju a.k.a BoboFowoso, has in attendance youtheaders of the party across the 11 wards of the local government. 


The commissioner canvassed for unity amongst the youths of Akure south and the state at large. 


"This program is a welcome development, this is our time. Our Minister was the Youthleader and I am also the party youth leader in Irele before I became commissioner, So I will be fully part of it. And Mr governor will also be part of it the commissioner stated.


Responding, Mr Ifedayo kikiowo who is the APC youthleader in ward 10 appreciate the commissioner for his support and endorsement of the coming event. Youth leaders of ward 4, 2 and 3 also took turns to applaud the commissioner for being youthful and proactive. 


Prince Dapo Adepoju who is the chairman Akure south APC youth stakeholders forum thank the commissioner and stated that the party youths in Akure will continue to support the APC administration: while thanking President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa for including youths in their cabinet.
