Back in March this year, I vividly recall the day my friend, who runs one of the biggest podcast studios in Abuja, got summoned to the Police FID Headquarters. We arrived at 8 a.m., bracing for a long, uncertain wait that stretched into the evening. 


Feeling cornered, I reached out to Egbon Omoyele Sowore, and true to his nature, the moment he landed at the FID Headquarters, we were out in no time.


Omoyele presence is like a key that unlocks doors in the face of oppression.


No matter how busy egbon yele is, he’s always there when you call, whether it’s a missed call he returns promptly or a cry for help in the thick of trouble.


Yele commitment is unshakable, his response always swift.


Egbon Omoyele Sowore is the kind of man who’d catch the next flight to wherever you are, especially when the forces of oppression seem bigger than you.


I’ve seen it time and time again—his phone might buzz with countless commitments, yet he never hesitates to show up for those in need. 


Earlier today in Abuja, I stood shoulder-to-shoulder with him at the Federal High Court in Abuja, showing solidarity as the government tried, yet again, to intimidate and harass him for his fierce defense of Nigerians’ democratic rights.


Yele fight isn’t new; it’s a fire that’s been burning for over three decades, fueled by his credibility, integrity, and unyielding dedication to justice.


He’s an brother, a leader, a comrade, a beacon for those who dare to dream of a better Nigeria.


To my most incredible Egbon, Omoyele Sowore, I salute your relentless contributions to our nation’s journey toward greatness and sanity. 


You’re not just a voice for the voiceless but a shield for the oppressed, always ready to stand tall against any storm.


Your patriotism isn’t just inspiring—it’s a call to action for all of us.


In every courtroom, every protest, every moment of struggle, you remain a towering figure, unwavering and true. 


Egbon yele, you're a patriot in every sense, and we’re stronger because of you.
