AMPTECH ONDO STATE CHAPTER EMPHASIZES CUSTOMER RELATIONS AND PROFESSIONALISM, VISITS ILE-OLUJI ZONE 







The Amptech Ondo State Chapter, led by Chairman Hon. Ajayi Temitope (Engr Favour), recently embarked on a mission to enhance the operations of its members and promote professionalism in the mobile phone technology sector.




The team visited the Ile-Oluji zone, where they sensitized members on the importance of customer relations and best practices in the industry.




During the visit, members were informed that henceforth, all technicians are required to issue job cards to customers.




This measure is aimed at promoting transparency and accountability in the sector.


Additionally, customers seeking unlocking or flashing services are now required to provide identification, such as a National Identification Number (NIN) or other valid means, and submit two contact numbers.


In his address, Chairman Hon Ajayi Temitope (Engr Favour) emphasized the need for members to maintain good conduct, as they serve as ambassadors not only for Amptech but also for Ondo State.


He noted that the mobile phone technician job has become a vital source of employment for the populace, and it is essential that members uphold the highest standards of professionalism.


The Amptech Ondo State Chapter is working closely with the state government, led by Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, to promote security and normalcy in Ondo State.


By issuing job cards and licenses, members are contributing to the state's security efforts.


The organization advises potential clients to look for membership stickers and identification in shops to ensure they are patronizing legitimate and professional service providers.


The visit has been well received by members, and it is expected to enhance the reputation of Amptech and the mobile phone technology sector in Ondo State.


The organization is committed to promoting excellence and professionalism in the industry, and it will continue to work with stakeholders to achieve its goals.
