NIGERIAN YOUTH HELPDESK LAUNCHES AI-POWERED WHATSAPP CHATBOT TO EMPOWER 1 MILLION YOUTHS ANNUALLY

Having run the Nigerian Youth HelpDesk for over a year, and with over 5,000 complaints from young Nigerians successfully addressed, yesterday we launched the WhatsApp AI Chatbot to improve the efficiency and consistency of the platform.




This, no doubt, is a bold innovation designed to make help, support, and opportunities accessible to every young Nigerian at the click of a button.




This new phase of the Youth HelpDesk marks a major milestone in our mission to protect, empower, and connect young Nigerians faster and smarter.




Through this AI-powered WhatsApp platform, youths can now report issues, seek assistance, and access verified opportunities without barriers – anytime, anywhere.


Developed in partnership with the Office of the Special Assistant to the President on Digital Innovation, this platform is set to reach at least 1 million youths annually, strengthening our drive to deliver hope, trust, and inclusion through technology.
