Hon. Derin Adesida Celebrates The Nigerian Armed Forces and Sister Security Agencies on Armed Forces Remembrance Day

HON. DERIN ADESIDA CELEBRATES THE NIGERIAN ARMED FORCES AND SISTER SECURITY AGENCIES ON ARMED FORCES REMEMBRANCE DAY

On this auspicious day, January 15, as the nation marks Armed Forces Remembrance Day.

Hon. Derin Adesida, Chairman, House Committee on Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), representing Akure North/Akure South Federal constituency heartily salute and celebrate the gallant officers and men of the Nigerian Armed Forces, as well as our resilient sister security agencies, for their uncommon bravery, sacrifice, and unshakable commitment to the unity, peace, and security of our dear country.

This day stands as a solemn reminder of the price paid by our fallen heroes men and women who laid down their lives in defence of Nigeria’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.

Their courage, patriotism, and selflessness remain etched in the conscience of our nation and shall never be forgotten.

I equally commend our serving personnel who continue to stand on the front lines, often at great personal risk, to safeguard lives and property.

Your resilience in the face of adversity and your dedication to national duty are worthy of honour and deep appreciation.

As people, we owe it to our armed forces and security agencies to continue supporting them through sound policies, adequate welfare, and strong national solidarity.

May the souls of our fallen heroes rest in perfect peace, and may God continue to grant strength, protection, and victory to all our security forces.

Long live the Nigerian Armed Forces.

Long live our Security Agencies.

Long live the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Signed:

Hon. Abiodun Derin Adesida

Chairman, House Committee on FRSC,

Representing Akure North/Akure South Federal constituency
