Hon. Oguntodu Olajide Johnson, the dynamic representative of Akure South Constituency 1, today demonstrated his unwavering commitment to education by disbursing bursaries to 130 indigent students, with each beneficiary receiving ₦20,000 to support their academic pursuits.
The event, marked by jubilation, also featured two standout gestures: a ₦800,000 scholarship awarded to a nursing student and an additional ₦100,000 grant to another deserving scholar, underscoring the lawmaker’s tailored approach to empowerment.
In his address, Hon. Oguntodu emphasized that the initiative was part of a broader vision for inclusive representation.
