AKURE SOUTH APC WARD CHAIRMEN DENY SUSPENSION OF WARD 8 CHAIRMAN IN AKURE SOUTH 



The APC Ward Chairmen of Akure South Local Government, Ondo State, have officially denied the suspension of Comrade Oluwadare Olanrewaju of Ward 8

RE: OFFICIAL DENIAL OF THE PURPORTED SUSPENSION OF THE WARD 8 CHAIRMAN


 We the APC Ward Chairmen , the duly elected and serving Chairmen , write to formally and unequivocally deny the purported letter circulating that claims the suspension of the Ward 8 Chairman, Comrade Oluwadare Olanrewaju.


For the avoidance of doubt, no official ward meeting was convened, no disciplinary process was initiated, and no constitutional or party protocol was followed to warrant such an action. At no time did the Ward Executive Committee meet to deliberate on, recommend, or approve the suspension of the Ward 8 Chairman.


As the APC Ward  Chairmen and custodian of official records and proceedings, I state categorically that:


No notice of meeting was issued

No quorum was formed

No minutes were recorded

No resolution was passed


Consequently, any letter, document, or announcement purporting that Comrade Oluwadare Olanrewaju has been suspended is false, unauthorized, and misleading, and should be treated as null, void, and of no effect whatsoever.


Ward 8 Chairman, Comrade Oluwadare Olanrewaju, therefore remains the legitimate and recognized Chairman of Oke Aro Ward 8, pending any action taken strictly in accordance with laid-down party rules and democratic procedures.


This letter serves as the official position of all the All APC Ward Chairmen, and the general public, party leaders, and relevant authorities are hereby advised to disregard any contrary claims.
