HON. M. A LAUYA HOSTS THE GREEN AND RED PRESS, PLEDGES SUPPORT FOR LEGISLATIVE JOURNALISM

The Honorable Member of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Muhammed Audu Lauya, officially received a delegation from the Green and Red Press during a courtesy visit to his National Assembly office. 



The meeting served as a strategic interface between the lawmaker and the media team, aimed at strengthening the bridge of communication between the legislature and the Nigerian public.


​During the visit, the delegation briefed the Honorable Member on the core objectives of the Green and Red Press.


As a specialized media platform, the organization is dedicated to documenting the inner workings of the National Assembly, specifically focusing on the legislative milestones of Distinguished Senators and Honorable Members. 


The team emphasized their commitment to providing a transparent window into the hallowed chambers through consistent and factual reporting.


​In his remarks, Rt. Hon. Lauya commended the initiative, noting the importance of a platform solely dedicated to covering legislative proceedings, bills, motions, and the diverse activities of lawmakers. 


Hon. Muhammed Audu Lauya underscored that such specialized reportage is vital for democracy, as it ensures that the constituents remain informed about the developmental strides and policy advocacy being championed on their behalf at the national level.
