Hon. Olakusibe Obayan Congratulates Hon. Kolawole Babatunde on His Emergence as APC State Chairman in Ondo State.





Hon. Olakusibe Obayan has warmly congratulated Hon. Kolawole Babatunde on his emergence as the State Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo State, describing the development as a significant moment for the continued growth and stability of the party in the state.


In a statement issued on Wednesday, Hon. Obayan noted that Hon. Babatunde’s emergence reflects the confidence, trust, and collective goodwill reposed in him by party members and stakeholders across the state. According to him, such confidence is a clear acknowledgment of Babatunde’s longstanding commitment to the ideals, unity, and progress of the APC.



Hon. Obayan remarked that leadership within a political party carries enormous responsibility, particularly at a time when political institutions must continually strengthen their internal cohesion and strategic direction. 

He expressed optimism that the

 new chairman will provide purposeful leadership capable of fostering greater unity, discipline, and collaboration among party members throughout the state.

He further emphasized that strong and visionary party leadership remains essential for maintaining stability within political structures and for sustaining the trust of party supporters and the general public.

 In this regard, he noted that Hon. Babatunde’s experience, dedication, and understanding of the party’s guiding principles position him well to lead the APC into a new phase of consolidation and progress.


Hon. Obayan also expressed hope that under Babatunde’s stewardship, the party will continue to strengthen its internal democratic culture, deepen engagement with grassroots supporters, and reinforce the collective vision that has sustained the APC as a dominant political platform in Ondo State.

According to him, effective leadership at the party level plays a crucial role in nurturing harmony among members, coordinating political strategy, and maintaining the organizational discipline required for long-term political success.


While congratulating the new chairman, Hon. Obayan offered prayers for wisdom, strength, and guidance as Hon. Babatunde assumes the responsibility of leading the party at the state level.
