I am delighted to extend my warmest congratulations to Hon. Ifedayo Sunday Abegunde, Executive Director at the Niger Delta Development Commission, on two momentous occasions: his 70th birthday anniversary and his installation as the Asiwaju of Akure Kingdom. I also congratulate his wife, Olori Jumoke Abegunde, on her honor as Yeye Asiwaju of Akure Kingdom, conferred upon her by the Deji and Paramount Ruler of Akure Kingdom, Oba Aladetoyinbo Ogunlade Aladelusi Odundun II.


This dual celebration is a testament to Hon. Abegunde's unwavering dedication to community development and public service. His remarkable career, marked by tireless efforts to improve the lives of others, has earned him this well-deserved recognition. As Asiwaju of Akure Kingdom, he will undoubtedly continue to make a positive impact in the lives of the people.
