Constructive Parley Between Hon. Derin Adesida and Akure Students Yields Immediate Gains as delegates of Hon. Derin Adesida, the Honourable Member representing Akure North and South Federal Constituency, convened a constructive and far-reaching dialogue with the leadership of the Akure South and Akure North Students’ Associations.


At the parley, the students meticulously tabled a comprehensive needs assessment, encapsulating the pressing demands of their members. The Honourable Member, in his characteristic magnanimity, acceded to the requests in their entirety, thereby reaffirming his steadfast commitment to the welfare of his constituents.


Foremost among the demands was the enhancement of students’ welfare and the institution of a bursary scheme. Hon. Derin Adesida not only gave his unreserved approval but further assured that the disbursement of the bursary would commence sine die.
