AKURE SOUTH WARD 10 COUNCILOR 'DYNASTY' CROWNED BEST COUNCILLOR OF THE YEAR 2025 BY NAAS

Award Presented by the National Association of Akure Students (NAAS) on the Occasion of the Akure Students’ Anniversary 2025

Today, the National Association of Akure Students (NAAS) stands in unanimous reverence to celebrate an exceptional leader, a beacon of hope, and a transformative force in grassroots governance—Hon. Ogunoye Ayodeji Emmanuel, affectionately known as DYNASTY, the AkureSouthward 10 councillor.

It is with immense pride that we confer upon him the prestigious "Councillor of the Year Award" in recognition of his unwavering dedication to youth empowerment, community development, and exemplary service to the people of Akure.

Hon. DYNASTY’s leadership is a testament to the power of vision, compassion, and relentless action.

As a councillor, he has redefined governance by bridging the gap between policy and people.

His initiatives in women empowerment, education, infrastructure, and youth engagement have left indelible marks on ward 10 landscape.

From empowering market women to sponsoring scholarships for indigent students to facilitating skill acquisition programs,

DYNASTY has consistently prioritized the future of Akure’s youth, embodying the mantra: "Empower the youth, and you secure the nation."

Beyond his legislative prowess, Hon. Ogunoye’s humility and accessibility set him apart.

He listens to the grassroots, amplifies their voices, and turns their aspirations into tangible projects.

His office is not a seat of power but a hub of service—where every Akure student, trader, or artisan finds a willing ally.

On this 2025 Students’ Anniversary, NAAS honors a man who has not just served but inspired.

DYNASTY’s legacy is not in titles but in transformed lives, not in words but in enduring impact.

To a leader who wears his crown with grace and his duties with passion, we say: Thank you for lighting the path. Akure is of you.

Long live DYNASTY! Long live NAAS! Long live Akure!
