Today, we celebrate the joy, innocence, brilliance, and limitless potential of every child in Akure North & South Federal Constituency and beyond.

Children are the pride of today and the leaders of tomorrow. Their dreams, talents, and aspirations deserve love, protection, quality education, and every opportunity to succeed.

As we mark this year’s Children’s Day, I encourage every child to remain focused, disciplined, hardworking, and hopeful for a brighter future. Continue to believe in yourselves, because the future belongs to you.

I reaffirm my commitment to supporting initiatives that promote the welfare, education, and development of our children, who remain our greatest treasure and hope as a people.

Happy Children’s Day to all our wonderful children.

The announcement, long awaited by supporters who have followed his political journey closely, formally ends months of positioning and puts him on the ballot as the party's standard bearer for the seat. For a man who has quietly built a reputation as a grassroots mobiliser and public servant, the confirmation carries weight beyond the paperwork. It validates years of engagement across the towns and communities that make up the Ondo Central axis, from Akure to the surrounding districts, where his name has become associated with consistent presence rather than election season visits alone. Unhealthy competition: Emphasis on competition and conflict that can foster envy and quarrelsome behavior. 3. Lack of role models: Contestants' actions and attitudes that can shape young minds in a negative way. A CALL FOR ACTION "The future belongs to those who prepare for it today." It's time for our government, parents, religious leaders, academias, and activists to take a stand against programs lik...
