Physical Disability Is Not Mental Incapacity — Ondo South Senatorial Candidate Barr. Myson Nejo Fires Back At Critics
In recent days, some individuals have resorted to cheap banter and baseless attacks, claiming that because I am a Person With Disability (PWD), I am unfit to represent the good people of Ondo South in the Red Chamber.
Let me state clearly and unequivocally, physical disability is not synonymous with mental incapacity.
This campaign of calumny is nothing but a desperate attempt to distract, demoralize, and cause emotional distress.
It will not work. I remain undeterred, focused, and resolute in my conviction.
I am strong. I am intelligent. I am physically active and mentally sharp. My disability has never defined my abilities, rather, it has sharpened my empathy, resilience, and determination to serve.
I possess the vision, competence, and energy required to champion the interests of Ondo South at the highest level.
No amount of insults, abuse, or cheap political gimmicks will derail my mission. I am fully prepared and qualified to represent our people with dignity, excellence, and unwavering commitment.
This is the era of youth leadership. This is youth o’clock. This is my time, and together with the resilient people of Ondo South, we will rise above every distraction and deliver the quality representation our constituency truly deserves.
I remain committed to service, progress, and inclusive development.
Myson Adeyemi Nejo
Ondo South Senatorial Candidate
