Idajo Drums Support for Omowunmi Olatunji-Ohwovoriole Ahead of 2027

2027: Idajo Backs Omowunmi Olatunji-Ohwovoriole's APC Candidacy With Cash Donation



Former Chairman of the Ondo State chapter of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW), Comrade Adebo Jacob, popularly known as Idajo, has demonstrated statesmanship by declaring support for the APC candidate for Akure North/South Federal Constituency, Hon. Omowunmi Olatunji-Ohwovoriole.


Idajo backed his endorsement with a cash donation to the candidate and her campaign team.


Speaking during the presentation, Idajo described Omowunmi as a round peg in a round hole, saying she is best fit for the position owing to her doggedness, steadfastness, competence and consistency.


"Omowunmi is a pragmatic woman of calibre," he said.


He noted that the donation is his token of support for her ambition, while pledging to mobilize his supporters and the good people of Akure North and South Federal Constituency to vote en masse for Hon. Omowunmi in the 2027 general elections.


The cash donation was received personally by Hon. Omowunmi Olatunji-Ohwovoriole.
