NIGERIA AT 66:

Adegbonmire Calls for Hope, Prayers and Support for Tinubu Administration’s Policies.

As Nigeria marks its 66th Independence Anniversary, Senator Adeniyi Adegbonmire SAN, Senator representing Ondo Central Senatorial District, has called on Nigerians to remain hopeful, prayerful and united in their commitment to the progress and development of the nation.

Adegbonmire in a goodwill message personally signed, urged Nigerians to continue to believe in the country's capacity to overcome its present challenges, stressing that nation-building requires patience, sacrifice, resilience and collective responsibility.

He therefore appealed to citizens to continue supporting the policies and programmes of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's administration, particularly those aimed at repositioning the economy, improving infrastructure, expanding opportunities for young Nigerians, strengthening education and healthcare, and creating an environment for investment and job creation.

Adegbonmire noted that while the impact of some reforms may take time to fully manifest, Nigerians should remain constructive and focused on the long-term objective of building a stronger, more productive and prosperous country.

He emphasised that the challenges confronting Nigeria should not become reasons for despair or division, but rather a call for greater patriotism, unity and determination to contribute to the nation's development.

The federal lawmaker called for continued prayers for President Tinubu, the National Assembly, State Governments, Security Agencies and other leaders at all levels, noting that effective leadership requires the support, cooperation and prayers of the people.

He further urged Nigerians to promote peace and national unity, stressing that Nigeria's diversity remains an important strength that must be protected and harnessed for development.

As the nation enters another year of independence, Adegbonmire expressed optimism that with sustained reforms, responsible leadership, citizen participation and collective determination, Nigeria can overcome its difficulties and fulfil its enormous potential.

He congratulated Nigerians at home and in the diaspora on the 66th Independence Anniversary and called on all citizens to keep faith with Nigeria.

“Our challenges are real, but so are our possibilities. Let us remain hopeful, prayerful and united, while contributing our own quota to building the Nigeria we desire.”he stressed
