ABITOGUN CONTINUITY 2027: A LEADER WITH PEOPLE AT HEART

HON. STEPHEN OLUWAROTIMI ABITOGUN

A LEADER WITH PEOPLE AT HEART

In the ever-evolving landscape of Ondo State politics, few names resonate with as much calm strength, consistency and genuine connection to the grassroots as Hon. (Barr.) Oluwarotimi Stephen Abitogun.

The indefatigable Member representing Akure South Constituency II in the Ondo State House of Assembly, Hon. Abitogun is not just a lawmaker; he is a seasoned legal practitioner, an educationist, a community builder and above all, a leader whose politics begins and ends with the people.

Before the hallowed chambers of the State Assembly, Hon. Abitogun had already distinguished himself in two noble callings - Law and Education.

As a Barrister at Law, he is renowned for bringing clarity, diligence and integrity to every discourse.

His legal mind has enriched parliamentary debates, ensuring that laws are not just passed, but are just, implementable and people-oriented.

As an educationist, his footprint is historic.

He served as State President of the National Association of Proprietors of Private Schools (NAPPS), Ondo State Chapter, a period marked by advocacy for quality private education, professional standards and the welfare of both proprietors and students.

That legacy continues to speak for him in every school community across Ondo State.

Hon. Abitogun's style of representation sets him apart in the State Assembly.

He does not practice distant politics.

For his constituents in Akure South Constituency II, he has remained accessible, responsive and responsible. Whether in legislative oversight, constituency projects, youth empowerment, or mediating community issues, his approach is defined by listening first.

He believes that true leadership is not about speaking for the people, but speaking with them.

Colleagues describe him as a stabilizer - firm on principles, temperate in speech, and loyal to the collective progress of the state.

This was evident when he was celebrated recently.

Hon. Abitogun is a committed representative who embodies dignity, responsibility and loyalty to his constituents.

His legislative career is marked by maturity and wisdom.

Hon. (Barr.) Oluwarotimi Stephen Abitogun stands as a diamond refined by service - as a lawyer, as a former NAPPS President, as a lawmaker, and as a leader and father to many.

He is proof that leadership is not about titles, but about heart. And his heart has always been with the people.

Hon. Stephen Oluwarotimi Abitogun - A Leader With People At Heart, A Voice of Integrity in the Ondo State House of Assembly.
