The Lawmaker representing Ondo Central Senatorial District in the Red Chamber of the Nigerian Legislature Senator Adeniyi Ayodeji Adegbonmire SAN, has demonstrated  virtues of an "omoluabi"  combining professionalism with political sagacity in the discharge of his legislative duties since the inception of his tenure as the mouthpiece of his constituents and constituency in the Apex legislative house.


His ingenuity in presenting matters that concerns his constituents before the leadership of the 10th Assembly is commendable as it is legendary and phenomenal, a feat which has seen him sponsored four bills in less than two legislative years some of which has been passed including a bill for the establishment of a University Teaching Hospital at FUTA, Akure.


The empathy of the people's Senator is also a thing of note, a virtue of his which has seen him sponsored and intervened in the academic pursuit of many constituents who are somewhat financially constrained. Let me mention just a few from the endless list of the beneficiaries of this special interventions:



 1. A Physiotherapy student from the University of Medical Sciences (UNIMED),Ondo (Name Withheld). Found himself in a difficult situation with an outstanding school fees balance of #450,000 who was faced with an imminent threat of additional year of study.  The problem was solved by just a phone call to the senator through Dr. Akeredolu O.N


2. Elizabeth Ogunmodede, a law student at Joseph Ayo Babalola University (JABU),Ikeji Arakeji,Osun State, who has a scholarship education for the duration of law degree program and  proceeded to the Nigerian Law School due to her exceptional academics performance courtesy Senator Adegbonmire.


3. Kingsley Kikiowo, a First Class Law Graduate from the University of Ibadan, currently at Nigerian Law School under the sponsorship of Distinguished Senator Adeniyi Adegbonmire SAN. He was equally given a brand new laptop worth over a million naira and he's receiving monthly allowance of six digits throughout his stay at the law school. 



4. Thompson Omojowo is also a beneficiary of Senator Adeniyi Adegbonmire's scholarship support for law student. He's presently at the Nigerian Law School.


Senator Adeniyi Ayodeji Adegbonmire SAN is a personality whose mien radiates love and compassion for humanity.


He is a voice on the floor of the Nigerian Senate and as the Chairman of the Senate committee on Judiciary, Human rights and Legal matters has performed his duties excellently so much so that more responsibilities are been committed into his hands hence his membership of both the Rivers State legislative committee on oversight functions as well as that of the Southwest Development Commission; giving credence to the saying "the reward for hard work is more work" 


As we look forward to the soon to be implemented empowerment program of the people's Senator, he will not rest on his oars in ensuring the continuing delivery of the dividends accruals of his legislative office.
