As the representative of the Okpe, Sapele, and Uvwie (OSU) people in the Federal House of Representatives, He has proven himself to be a pillar of strength, a champion of the downtrodden, and a philanthropist par excellence.

Baro's leadership style is akin to the proverbial "Onye nwere anya elu" (A person with a high-flying vision) He has a deep understanding of the needs and aspirations of his people, and his unwavering commitment to their welfare has earned him the admiration and respect of the OSU community.
