Hon. Henry Baro, The Asiwaju of Delta State and Director, Corporate Services at the Nigeria Safety Investigation Bureau (NSIB), has cautioned individuals he described as distractions, greedy, and mischief makers in Delta State and Nigeria to shelve their ambitions and support good governance ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Speaking in Abuja, Baro emphasized that the outcome of the 2027 elections will be the will of God and the people, urging aspirants to support the administrations of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Sheriff Francis Oborevwori.
A RIVER THAT FORGOTTEN ITS SOURCE WILL DRY UP
Baro noted that Deltans have yearned for development for years, and Governor Sheriff's administration has been a blessing to the state. He stressed that there is no vacancy in Aso Rock and Dennis Osadebey House, implying that the positions of power are not up for grabs.
TIME FOR BITTERNESS IS OVER
The Asiwaju of Delta State emphasized that Deltans and Nigerians have made up their minds to follow leaders who are transforming the state and nation for the better. He reiterated that the politics of bitterness is a thing of the past and that the All Progressives Congress (APC) is a big tent that can accommodate many.
INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT IS NOT BY ACCIDENT
Baro appreciated Mr. President and the Executive Governor of Delta State for their efforts in transforming the nation and state through infrastructure development.
As a die-hard member and leader of the APC, Baro's statement is seen as a call to unity and support for the party's leadership and governance.
2027 IS NOT NEGOTIABLE
The Uvwie born politician emphasized that 2027 is not negotiable at all because of the infrastructure development across villages, communities, towns, and cities is not by accident, appreciating Mr. President and the Executive Governor of Delta State for their efforts.
