In a major bid to align legislative oversight with traditional leadership, the Chairman of the Senate Committee on Tertiary Institutions and TETFund, Senator Muhammad Muntari Dandutse, led a high-powered delegation of distinguished eight (8) senators from national Assembly alongside the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Umar Adam Katsayal, mni, on an official visit to His Royal Highness, the Emir of Daura, Alh. Dr. Faruk Umar Faruk CON, at his palace in Daura, Katsina State, this evening.
Receiving the delegation, the Emir of Daura praised Senator Dandutse and his team for their selfless service to the nation, commending their commitment to visiting the grassroots to consult key stakeholders.
